Maintenance Manager – Landscape Operations
This is a field-based management position, not only a desk job.
Mustang Landscape is growing, and we’re adding to our team this fall. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our landscape maintenance team and oversee day-to-day operations across our residential properties.
If you enjoy being out in the field, working with a team, solving problems, building client relationships, and having a role where no two days are exactly the same, this could be a great fit.
Approximately 8–12 hours per week will be spent in the office handling scheduling, communication, planning, and administrative tasks. The rest of your time will be spent in the field, supporting crews, visiting properties, meeting with clients, troubleshooting issues, and making sure work is completed to Mustang’s standards.
One of the best things about this role is the variety.
Your day might include checking in with a crew at a property, walking a site with a client, helping troubleshoot a landscape issue, adjusting the maintenance schedule, organizing materials, training a team member, reviewing upcoming seasonal work, or identifying additional work that would benefit a client.
You’ll be managing people, properties, schedules, and priorities, so being able to adapt and think on your feet is essential. You enjoy a challenge, are a natural problem-solver, and are comfortable multitasking when there’s lots on the go.
This is a role for someone who likes to stay busy, enjoys working outdoors, and would rather spend their day solving real-world problems than sitting behind a desk.
